Seeking direction? Want to make changes in your life, but do not know how to initiate change? This session includes nutrition and wellness components in addition to other lifestyle elements  to provide a more comprehensive package. This session is 45 minutes.

Nutritional Coaching benefits those who are wanting to make a lifestyle change starting with implementing a healthy diet and exercise regimen. I focus on holistic and healthy foods that promote cognitive and behavioral wellness. This session is 45 minutes.

As a licensed substance abuse counselor,  I am vested in addressing the myths and stigmas surrounding substance use that serve to act as barriers to seeking and receiving treatment. In this session, it is important to learn appropriate coping skills, arrest maladaptive cognitive behaviors,  improve self-esteem, develop a healthy self-concept, and understand how to gauge risky situations.  This session is 45 minutes.

At times it may be appropriate to include family members in the sessions. When persons in addition to the client are included in the session, this will be deemed a group session.  Group sessions are an additional half of the original session and will be added to the cost of the session.
